FEATURE OF THE MONTH! It’s the start of a New Year so we thought we’d kick things off right with a Feature of the Month entitled “New Beginnings: Origins, New Starts, Re-Tellings and Must Haves!” From all that you can pretty-much tell exactly what we’re going to have on the Feature Wall. We’ve got quite a selection of Golden and Silver Age First Issues on the Wall – as well as “buried” deep in our huge selection of Back Issues. They’re all part of our Feature of the Month for January!
Clif’s Pick of the Week: Incredible Hercules #112. If you weren't reading Incredible Hulk during World War Hulk, you might be a little perplexed as to why the title changed over to Hercules, but it's simple when you know the story. Incredible Hulk saw the new Champions trying to help Hulk during WWH, and that team was run primarily by Hercules and Amadeus Cho. Now that WWH is over, Hercules and Cho and now unregistered fugitives and on the run - thus the title change. Much like Booster Gold, this title is a lot better than a Hercules title should be. They play heavy on the mythology between Hercules and Ares, which is the main reason I picked it. Gods vs. regular villains never made much sense to me. Throw in the seventh smartest person in the world (as Cho keeps telling people) and a little bit of humor and you have a surprise hit. Jump on it while you can because Marvel claims that Hercules will never be the same by the end of issue #113 (not that they ever make that claim in vain, right?).

Kiss4K: Merry KissMas - This was cool, I don't care what you guys say
WWH: Warbound #1 - Good spin-off from Hulk, but only if ya liked them during WWH
Countdown Arena #3 - Really cool countdown tie-in and it gets better each issue
